Routine sets you free. I read those words in a book that suggested routine is the driving force behind efficiency. I’ve always believed this to be true, but reaffirmations are often important when we’re searching for self-motivation.
Setting money goals is an important step to financial success, but unless you implement real changes in your daily and weekly routine, you won’t reach them. For instance, if you have a goal of spending less money overall, you’ll need to consider switching out your credit card for your debit card, packing your lunch instead of eating out, or buying the used car instead of securing a brand new lease. Meeting your goals requires taking real action in recreating your routine. I’m sure you are leaving with more knowledge, awareness, and understanding than you had before, and that you feel like an effective teammate in the pursuit of your financial success.
